淄柴ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)以ZC330系列柴油機(jī)為母型機(jī),充分吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)思想,在保持其良好的動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了中速大功率ZC330ZLC/S系列LNG/柴油本質(zhì)多點(diǎn)噴射雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)采用本質(zhì)型設(shè)計(jì),天然氣供氣系統(tǒng)在任何情況下機(jī)艙均處于狀態(tài);采用國(guó)內(nèi)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)混式燃?xì)怆娍囟帱c(diǎn)噴射技術(shù)。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)可以根據(jù)實(shí)際工況切換工作狀態(tài),既可以使用LNG雙燃料工作,也可以單獨(dú)使用柴油工作。其通過(guò)電子控制單元實(shí)現(xiàn)燃?xì)馀c柴油噴射的比例,使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)始終運(yùn)行在狀態(tài)下,在不影響功率輸出的條件下節(jié)省柴油。部分負(fù)荷點(diǎn)燃油替代率可達(dá)到85%,滿負(fù)荷燃油替代率不低于70%。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能可靠、自動(dòng)化程度高、維護(hù)方便、低油耗、低排放等優(yōu)點(diǎn),主要用于LNG運(yùn)輸船、散貨船用主機(jī)或輔機(jī)??蓾M足機(jī)旁操縱、遙控操縱及無(wú)人機(jī)艙的要求。

電子控制調(diào)速系統(tǒng):采用了調(diào)速執(zhí)行器RE2800與控制器的搭配,海茵茨曼電子控制器MVC 01-24輸出0~1A調(diào)速信號(hào)到RE2800內(nèi)置電磁線圈,由電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁力大小來(lái)控制RE2800的輸出供油量大小,進(jìn)而有效的控制了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的柴油供給,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃?xì)飧咛娲实膶?shí)現(xiàn)提供了技術(shù)保障。相比較于傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械液壓調(diào)速器,RE2800電子液壓調(diào)速器的扭力大、可靠性高,集成了海茵茨曼電子控制器的優(yōu)勢(shì),調(diào)速性能及控制精度屬于比較高水平。調(diào)速器現(xiàn)大量應(yīng)用于MAN的2131機(jī)型上,技術(shù)成熟可靠。
